Here’s what you can expect.

• An initial design meeting is scheduled so we can meet to discuss the project, take measurements and see how the latest products and services will work in your home.
• At the initial meeting you will receive a written estimate and project plan.

You’ve made your decision to work with Five Star Windows, What’s the next step?

• Your lead foreman and salesperson from Five Star Windows will arrive to take the exact measurements for your new windows. You are given an estimated installation date.
• The paperwork is turned in and reviewed with order processing and the order is placed with the manufacturer.
• The order acknowledgement is returned and your delivery date is confirmed.
• At the end of week before your installation you will receive a confirmation call regarding you installation. We will go over the following:
• Arrival Time
• Home preparation
• Final Details
• Answer any questions you may have.

The Big Day is Here!

• We will arrive at the scheduled time.
• We do a preliminary walk-through with you to answer any questions and to confirm window sizes and styles.
• We will prepare your home for the installation
   
• Remove all window treatments
• Cover all of the furniture in the surrounding area
• Protect carpeting and hardwood floors
   
• We will install and secure the windows in your home in a manner that will insure that all windows are safe and sound by the end of each work day.
• At the end of the job all window stickers are removed and the windows are left clean.
• When we are completed the Lead Foreman will do a walk through showing you operation features and answering any questions you may have.
• Approximately three (3) weeks after your installation you will be contacted by Guild Quality, an independent auditing company to insure that all of your expectations were met and all of our promises were kept.
